Format
This course will address a variety of common infant/early childhood mental health concerns that appear in clinical settings that are not well addressed. It will provide more in-depth theoretical perspectives as well as interactive learning strategies to help apply clinical take-a-ways for pediatricians. This course will aim to increase learner knowledge as well as confidence in building strong relationships with families and skills to help families be attuned to their young children in order to better address social-emotional/mental health concerns.
Learning Objectives: Learn and apply a relational health framework to promote and intervene to support healthy infant and early childhood mental development.
