The National Center for Systems of Services for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) hosted a skills building session at the 2025 Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP) Conference. This skills building session was open to all conference attendees and focused on the following objectives:
- Understand population health, its relationship to advancing a national framework for CYSHCN and the role of Title V CYSHCN programs in advancing population health.
- Identify and apply system and policy level activities in your states/jurisdictions.
- Discuss barriers that may arise in supporting/advancing population health activities and explore opportunities to overcome these barriers.
