The Bright Futures Let’s Talk: Healthy Mental and Emotional Development 3-part series is part of the AAP Bright Futures National Center’s work addressing healthy mental and emotional development. Session 1 highlights key elements for health care professionals to consider in working with children and the families they serve. Session 2 highlights key principles of screening for health care professionals to consider in partnering with children and their families. Session 3 will focus on collaboration between pediatric health care professionals and mental health specialists. Series host: Marian F. Earls, MD, MTS, FAAP.

Learn about the revised and updated Bright Futures Guidelines, 4th Edition from the editors themselves. The Bright Futures National Center hosted two separate 45-minute webinars for health care professionals and public health professionals. They are posted here for anyone that cannot participate in the live events.

The co-editors reviewed the new and updated components such as 3 new health promotion themes, updates to several adolescent visit screening recommendations, and more. They discussed how to efficiently and effectively integrate these new components into your practice setting and answered your questions about the Bright Futures Guidelines, 4th Edition.

Bright Futures Presents: Resources, Strategies, and Experiences to Advance NPMs 11 & 12
