  • Note: many participants in the original TEAMSS project found that the CRAFFT 2.1 + N worked better with their patient populations because of its inclusion of extra questions related to tobacco and nicotine use

• Assessment Tools: (There are two suicide risk assessment tools included in the AAP Blueprint for Youth Suicide Prevention.  Each tool will have different methods of scoring suicide risk. The purpose of the assessment is to determine the next steps.
